No, our sambals are proudly made locally. We craft our hot sauces right here to ensure you get the freshest ingredients and the most authentic Indonesian flavors possible.

Our tument process takes 2-s days as we prepare your treshly made sambal. Unce tultilled, your items are dispatched within one business day.

We offer two shipping options

Express Shipping: We employ Royal Mail Tracked 24 for swift delivery.

Standard Shipping: We employ Royal Mall Tracked 48 for cost-effective delıvery.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery through the Royal Mail website.

If your tracking indicates a successful delivery, please double-check with your building management, concierge desk, and neighbours first. We will try to help you as much as possible to track down the package; however, if it's delivered to the right building with the right photo proof, we cannot be held responsible for the lost parcel.
